I like the buildings, the way they are arranged and lit gives a really dramatic feel. Not too crazy about the sky though, the dark blue sky with bright white clouds is more suitable for a midday scene, yet the city looks like it would be at sunset. I probably would have made the sky mostly a dull-aqua/blue colour and the clouds a pale orange...like the colours here [link] (pretty boring photo, but you only need to see the colours of the sky and clouds)

Just my thoughts though, looks pretty nice anyway :)
